Feelhealth undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of your data, carried out from the website www.feeleat.fr (the “Website”) and the Feeleat application (the “App”), comply with European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (Loi informatique et libertés, hereinafter the “French Data Protection Act”).
This data protection policy informs you about how the data you provide on the Website or in the App are collected.
For the purpose of this policy, the terms used herein, i.e. “Personal Data”, “Processing”, “Controller”, “Processor” have the meaning assigned to them in Article 4 of the GDPR.

2. What personal data do we process?
When you use the App or browse our Website, personal data are processed.
Registration of a Feeleat user account
You must have a user account to use the App.
To create an account, you can choose to create your account manually or log in directly via Facebook or Google +.
To create your account, you must fill in:
– Your email,
– A password,
– Your gender,
– Your birthdate.
When you decide to connect via Facebook or Google +, these data are automatically collected. Neither Facebook nor Google + will access the data you record in the App.
Data entered by you in the Feeleat App
The Feeleat App was designed as a food logbook and a digitalized diary. You can record your meals, the context in which you took the meal (Where? With whom? What type of meal), your feelings, emotions and thoughts.
You can also use Feeleat to record goals you set for yourself in the short or long term and record their achievement.
Data shared by you through other applications
You can choose to share each of the data you have recorded, either by email (via your own mailbox) or via social networks (posting of a content on the activity you have chosen on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Twitter).
Communicate with you
We send electronic communications via e-mail to users of the App only to inform them of developments and use of the App.
We can automatically send you all new articles published on the blog if you simply enter your email address on the Website. At any time, you can request to be unsubscribed, merely by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the emails you receive.
3. How does Feelhealth use cookies on the Website?
A cookie is a computer file that does not allow the data subject to be directly identified but stores on his/her computer and/or equipment information relating to the pages consulted, the dates and times of the consultation, the information entered and stored to prevent having to re-enter such information subsequently.
Browsing the Website may result in the installation of cookies on the data subject’s equipment.
The cookies used are as follows:
- cookies to confirm acceptance of cookies,
- cookies to record “liked” items via the appropriate functionality, the purpose of which is to avoid successive votes from the computer and/or equipment,
- cookies for audience measurement, the purpose of which is to obtain information on visitors’ browsing.

4. What is the legal basis for our use of your personal data?
We process the personal data you have entered on the basis of your consent (Article 6-1-a of the GDPR).
5. To whom are your personal data addressed?
The personal data collected and processed by Feelhealth are partially accessible to the competent internal services.
The data collected may be communicated to third-parties, acting as processors, bound by a processing agreement. These processors act only on Feelhealth’s instructions and will only have access to your data to perform their services. They will be subject to the same obligations as Feelhealth.
6. How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data for the duration of the use of the App.
Feelhealth gives you the option to delete your Feeleat user account. If you decide to delete your Feeleat user account, we will delete all personal data contained therein. If you want to continue using Feeleat afterwards, simply create a new user account.
With regard to the Website, Feelhealth keeps the e-mail address until the data subject unsubscribes (via the unsubscribe link included in the e-mails).
7. What are your rights?
You can access and obtain a copy of the data that concern you, oppose the processing of these data, have them corrected or deleted. You also have a right to limit the processing of your data and a right to object to the processing. You also have a right to the portability of the data entrusted to Feelhealth.
